CANCELLATION POLICY:

Radelaide Tours is committed to providing its customers (you) with an enjoyable and safe trip. Trips can occasionally be affected by weather, and other unforeseen factors outside of our control may require us to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours. You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the departure of a trip for a full refund or to reschedule the tour. No refunds or reschedules are given within 24 hours of any tour. No shows will be charged the full price. If we cancel a tour due to forecast weather that could endanger the safety of guests or for other unforeseen circumstances then guests will receive a full refund or can reschedule the tour. To the extent permitted by law, no refunds will be provided due to alterations to any aspect of the trip.

 RADELAIDE LIABILITY:

You acknowledge and agree that participation in a trip with Radelaide Tours has inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, and may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that, could cause serious disability, and by booking a trip with us you assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages that may arise during your participation in a trip with us. At the time that you book a trip, on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives and your heirs, you voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Radelaide Tours and all its officers, employees and contractors from any and all claims, actions or losses (including those that arise due to Radelaide Tours negligence or carelessness) for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of your participation in a trip with Radelaide Tours.

COMMUNICATION AND PHOTOGRAPHY:

You agree to allow us to use photographs, quotes and video footage captured on your trip for promotional purposes, within our website and social media platforms. If you don’t wish to have your photograph featured, simply make this clear to us on the day of your tour verbally. Should there be any promotional material used without your consent that you would like removed please inform us so we can take action. All photography is taken in a tasteful, fun manner that we encourage our customers to share and embrace by crediting Radelaide Tours with the hashtag #Radelaidetours Radelaide Tours retains personal information as permitted by law to resolve disputes and enforce our policies.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:

Please advise us of any specific dietary requirements at the time of booking. We aim to exceed your expectations and will endeavour to have options for any specific requirements. However, we cannot guarantee that all requirements are catered for if we are not notified in advance.

PRIVACY POLICY:

 Radelaide Tours is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHY DO WE COLLECT IT?

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including email, via our website, from cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties. We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing. Radelaide Tours will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

MAINTAINING THE QUALITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
